About Wetlandia
Wetlandia AB in Vetlanda, was started in 1988 as a sister company to Cartes AB, the then general agent for Setra buses in Sweden. (Year 1977-2000) Our most important task today is to provide the Swedish bus market on the one hand with the vehicles and in the other hand with the spare parts and engineering services.
For many years, we have built up a network in Balticum and the former Soviet Union where we put a large number of older buses from the Swedish market. Interest for second-hand spare parts is ever increasing. Purchase and dismantling of damaged vehicles has made possible the storage of such parts. Our exchange with, for example gurantee renovated engines, generators and self starter is another service that has been appreciated.
In our workshop, we are making in addition to dismounts, service and maintenance work, body work-both rust and road traffic injuries, engine and gearbox reparations and glass work. Providing and installing safety belts and emission control equipment has in recent years been repetitive tasks.
In our brokering activities, we are taking bus missions aimed at both the Swedish as the international market.
Our know-how in the bus industry has made us an interesting partner. Wetlandia is wholly-owned subsidiary to Karlsson Group AB launched in 1923.
